Why I am a nude model

My “job” contains of traveling around the most beautiful places in California, running around nude, meeting many like minded artists, not having any managers to tell me what to do, not having to tell any employees what to do, I get to play around on rocks, fields, streams, an occasional cacti, fold myself into small places…..And I actually get hired to do all of this? I love my job.

This image is by RStephenT; his specialty in photography is artistic landscape nudes.
His work is less about the actual nude model and more about blending a nude figure into the landscape. On this shoot we hiked up to a location in the Santa Cruz Mountains in the middle of the redwoods. We found a few large outcroppings of rocks with all sorts of nooks and crannies I managed to squeeze myself into. Squeezing myself back out of said nooks and crannies was not so easy, I recall getting stuck upside down and having to roll back out of the rock and try not to fall on my head….The rocks were also only about 50 or do degrees and I way trying to catch any sunbeam I could to stay warm….Goosebumps do not a good artistic nude image make….

Banned in Boston, Erotic Work by Jim Duvall

I am back from my Seattle trip and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jim Duvall. Here is his next gallery showing. None of my images are in this showing but we shall see what the future brings….Go support Jim anyhow and go buy some of his art!!!
Opening: Banned in Boston, Erotic Work by Jim Duvall(Bellingham, WA) Jim Duvall will be showing his erotic photogrpahy at the Night Light Lounge in bellingham. Included in the show will be works recently censored by the Sherriff in Danvers, MA a suburb of Boston. The work will include figure nudes, and other erotic work exploring the erotic freedoms associated with the boundaries of our lives. When asked about his work Duvall said “Yes my work appeals to a prurient interest. It’s kinda silly to assume it does not. Our prurient interests definitely need examination in this society.”
